Mystic Sound Healing™ is operated by Nick Hansinger LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mysticsoundhealing.net (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for our Full Moon guide, newsletter, or any opt-in form, or when you contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your email address and, where requested, your name.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • deliver the resources you request (such as the free Full Moon guide);

  • send you the emails, updates, and offers you've opted into;

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our content;

  • respond to your questions and requests; and

  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it better.

3. Email communications

When you opt in, you'll receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We comply with applicable email laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and understand how it's used. This includes analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which help us see things like page views and traffic sources, and we may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Where required, we request your consent to non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our Site.

5. How we share information

We do not, nor will we ever, sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example, our hosting and email platform, Simplero, and our analytics providers), who may use it only to provide services to us;

  • when required by law or to protect our rights; and

The Site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube and Bandcamp. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing.

  • Everyone: you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can email us to access or delete your information.

  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

  • EU/UK residents (GDPR): where it applies, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
